We are pleased to announce that Halfdan Millang, previously our COO, has taken over as the CEO. Halfdan brings over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including from roles at Shell, Aker Maritime, Wärtsilä and RN Nordic Oil. He has successfully led emission reduction projects at ICA-Finance in the Middle East, Africa, and Central Asia since joining us in 2022.

Mr. Arne Peder Blix has decided to step down from his position as CEO. We thank Arne for his leadership and contributions over the past 2 and a half years.

We thank Arne for his contributions and welcome Halfdan as our new CEO.
